DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nLocation: Caribou Marsh, Cape Breton IslandDates: Saturday, July 11 & Sunday, July 12\nEveryone is welcome—no membership required to participate!\nJoin us for the TAANS Traditional Archery Shoot, promising two full days of fun, camaraderie, and archery excitement!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nScoring Divisions: Adult Male, Adult Female;\nJunior and Cub Male and Female combined.\n  ⇒ Longbow (M/F): For shooters shooting with a longbow (string doesn’t touch limb when strung), no length requirement, no arrow material requirement.\n  ⇒ Recurve (M/F): For shooters shooting with a recurve (string touches limbs when strung), no arrow material requirement.\n    ⇒ Self-Bow/Primitive (M/F):  For shooters shooting a wood bow (no glass no carbon), no arrow material requirement.\nHorsebow (M/F): Is a short, recurved traditional bow designed for mounted archery.\n    ⇒ Junior all bows (M/F combined): For shooters over 12 and under 18.\n  ⇒ Cub all bows (M/F combined): For shooters under 12\n  ⇒ Fun Class: For shooters of any age, style. Non-competitive. No medals. Shoot from a comfortable distance.\n\n\n\n\nTechnical Requirements:\n➔ Equipment must be traditional. No compound or crossbows are allowed.\n➔ Any type of arrow is permitted in all classes.\n➔ No sights, No range finders. \n\n\n\n
