Francis Shebib Memorial 3D outdoor shoot
The ‘Francis Shebib Memorial 3D outdoor shoot’ hosted by Cape Breton Bowmen on Cape Breton Island took place on Sunday, September 3rd.
Quite a few Barn Archers got their gear together and hit the road to Frenchvale for some shooting fun!
The shoot was a mixed shoot of compound and traditional shooters, and we’re stoked to say it was well-attended. It was awesome to note some archers drove up from the mainland to support the shoot.
The weather was brilliant; what else could we ask for? At 9 am, all archers started for the first round of 20 targets. We took a lunch break to recharge with some tasty food before the next round of again 20 targets.
After all the archers finished from the wood, and grabbed some great food (again) 🙂 it wasn’t just awards given out. There were tons of amazing door prizes as well as a 50/50 draw.
A ‘Big Thank You’ to the Cape Breton Bowmen team for hosting another great event.
Barn Archers had a blast shooting arrows and all did amazing. We are so proud of every one of you!
